Fit Fix: Whole Body Toning Workout

body toningYou don’t have to go to the gym for a powerful full body toning workout. All you need is some clear space and a couple full water bottles or soup cans to act as weights.

In this video, Beth Underhill, owner of Strong is Our Sexy and our sister company Bella Forza Fitness, gives you an energetic and challenging body toning workout that you can do at home in just 30 minutes. From here, you can move on to Part Two if you’re ready, or stick with this segment if you’re just getting started.

Many body toning exercises can be combined to work more than one muscle group with the same movement, giving you the most bang for your time. While this video focuses primarily on upper body toning, you’ll still be engaging your legs throughout the workout. The weights you’ll be using are pretty small, but by doing more repetitions of each movement, we promise – you’ll feel the burn.
