Dinner Made Easy

The biggest key to succeeding with a healthy lifestyle is to plan ahead. This means planning your meals in advanced as well as planning workouts, prepping for the next morning, etc. If you spend one day a week meal prepping for the week, chances are you realize that you don’t need to eat out, which will end up saving you money and extra calories! The hardest time for Americans to truly cook a descent meal is dinnertime. So, instead of grabbing take out each night, meal prep a few of these below dinners ahead of time so you can pop them into the oven and have it be read by the time you’re changed out of your work clothes!

Pair these healthy meals with a fresh side salad, or some stemed veggies to make it the perfect healthy meal!

Tip: if you prep all your Slow Cooker meals into big Ziplock bags, label it, and put directions on it, you can freeze the bag and just dump everything into the crockpot either the morning of, or the night before you need to use it. This will save you time and effort the night you want to eat the meal!  Here is a good example of a make-ahead crock pot/slow cooker meal:

Crockpot Freezer Meals. I like this one BC it has more variety of meals than just the standard stews and meat/veg
